The Associated Press reports that Leo just purchased an apartment in a 32-story building called Riverhouse, which overlooks the Hudson River in Lower Manhattan.
The apartments are very environmentally-friendly and the building has its own water-treatment facility, rotating solar panels and a 24-hour air-filtering system. The building also boasts a fitness center, 50-foot lap pool and it's own branch of the New York public library.
Of course, living green will coast you a lot of green, the building's web site says prices start at $835,000 for a one-bedroom dwelling to about $3 million for a four-bedroom home.
If I lived like Leo, I'm sure I'd have a much smaller carbon footprint, but I'd never be able to buy another pair of shoes - ever again.
