I have no idea why I thought Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez would somehow rise above the whole reality TV show hype. They are, after all, famous...and that's what famous people do when they get married or start a family, right? Don’t get me wrong, I love "Keeping up With the Kardashians" as much as the next person but when is enough enough? Dotspotter community member, carnitas, weighs in on the new parents' decision…

Jennifer Lopez is getting her own reality series! Only it’s being called a “docu-series” because she’s too real. She rode the 6 train! From the Bronx! Real:

The singer and new mom to twins will co-executive produce, co-create and star in the “docu-series,” which focuses on how Lopez juggles her career — including launching a new fragrance — with motherhood.

“I’m looking forward to sharing this exciting journey together,” said Lopez.

“Jennifer is unbelievably passionate about life and will be an incredible role model for our audience,” TLC President, Angela Shapiro-Mathes said in a statement.

We, too, would like to be like Jennifer “Not JLo” Lopez and get a  docu-series about how real we are as we watch over a horde of personal chefs, trainers, nannies, drivers, housekeepers, bikini waxers, ear wax pickers, mushroom cap removers and undead vampire husbands.
