Ashley Dupree suing Girls Gone Wild Founder

Alexandra Dupre, call girl involved in the Elliott Spitzer Scandal is suing”Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis. In the complaint filed in a Miami Federal Court, Dupre claims while vacationing in Miami, she was approached by a representative of Francis who offered her drinks. Yes she did oblige, thus resulting in the 17 year old becoming intoxicated, (hasn’t she heard…Just say NO) ! During her intoxicated state, she was persuaded to expose her breast and then sign a contract.

Attorney, Richard C Wolfe, who represents Dupre filed suit against the “Girls Gone Wild,” claiming that she was under age and not legally competent to enter into a contract.
