On Monday April 28th....Seen!  Superstar teen actress Hilalry Duff as she stepped on the red carpet and posed for the papparazzi @ Tribeca Film Festival's premiere of War Inc. Was wearing a  balck spaghtetti strap dress, was noticeably tan, hair down...could not see shoes from where I was standing.
