See More... "CSI's" Gary Dourdan was busted in Palm Springs yesterday on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs. According to reports around 5:21 am, Gary was parked on the WRONG SIDE of the street - when cops approached the car he was found asleep in his car.

Gary Posted bail (5,000), after being in custody for five hours.

All I can say is at least he was smart of enough to sleep in his car and not drive. It probably would have been smart to A- not have drugs in your car and B- park on the correct side of the street.
