The actress has not been able to spend a peaceful moment in her neighborhood Brooklyn home she once shared with Ledger since his death and is now reportedly seriously thinking of leaving New York.
Fox News claims the prying eyes of the paparazzi may have finally pushed her to the decision.
The former "Dawson's Creek" star and Ledger were well known and pillars of their Brooklyn neighborhood before Ledger moved out last year and returned to Manhattan, leaving Williams and their daughter behind.
Williams, who fell in love with Ledger in 2005 on the set of Brokeback Mountain, said only two months ago she was still struggling to come to terms with his tragic death and asked for privacy from the US media.
