Jennifer Grey: Patrick Swayze Is "a Fighter"

Jennifer Grey believes her former Dirty Dancing co-star Patrick Swayze, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March, will pull through.

"I wish him all my love, and I have great faith that he is a fighter, and he will fight this," Grey told Usmagazine.com Wednesday night at the Iron Man premiere in Los Angeles.

She continued, "The thing about the human condition is that everyone has to deal with something like this, and he is the kind of guy who fights it."

His 1984 Red Dawn co-star Lea Thompson echoed the
sentiment. "I've known Patrick for so long," she told Us of the actor, 55. "He's a really great guy... He will be resilient."
