See More... After the release of Barbara Walter’s autobiography, Star Jones issued a statement regarding some of Walter’s claims. The geriatric host of The View claimed Star forced the staff to pretend her tremendous weight-loss due to diet and exercise, not gastric-bypass surgery. Star wasn’t exactly happy about Bawa’s admissions.

“It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book,” Jones told Us. “It speaks to her true character.”
