Lindsay Lohan is broke as hell because her time has passed and she was drunk for most of it, so now she’s down to the cliché of a clothing line. Except she can't even do that right so all she’s doing is a line of leggings. A casting call for models went out yesterday, and she’s either so broke or so cheap she expects them to work for free.
