Foxy Brown tested the patience of judges when she was in prison and she’s testing them out just when she recently got released. A judge has issued a bench warrant for Foxy’s arrest on Monday morning after she failed to show for a hearing in Brooklyn Criminal Court. The judge called her later in the morning and her defense attorney didn’t know where she was and hadn’t heard from the female rapper. She’s still facing assault and weapons charges stemming from an incident in which she allegedly bashed a Brooklyn woman with her Blackberry. This is not the time for her to be MIA.
