PIERCE BROSNAN TRYING TO SAVE WORLD

Actor Pierce Brosnan has donated over $1 million to help the world.The Irish James Bond actor, who now lives in Hawaii with his wife Keely and their children, has become a dedicated ‘ go green’ campaigner in recent years, receiving an Environmental Leadership Award from the Green Cross organization in 1997.And the 007 star has set up a trust with his wife, which donates funds to eco-friendly organizations. Brosnan has so far contributed over $1 million of his money to help the cause, and he is also urging members of the public to donate in their own way. He says, “People can give back by donating to offset emissions such as planting trees and paying carbon tax when travelling in environmentally sensitive areas.”
