Angelina & Pax Go To The Doctor

Pregnant Angelina Jolie took Pax Thien, 4, to the doctor’s office in France on Mother’s Day. After the visit, they drew a large crowd of onlookers when they went through a McDonalds drive through to pick up lunch. I can see photographers, but I can’t believe people came out of McDonalds to stare at the van.
