29 year-old Actress Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend, Italian cad Raffaello Follieri, won’t be charged for writing a $250,000 bad check in March. The guy he wrote the check to has dropped the charges after he eventually got paid by Follieri.

Last year Follieri was sued for $55 million by billionaire Ron Burkle for spending company money from a charity he set up with Hathaway. Burkle accussed Follieri of “wilfully and systematically misappropriating” around $1.5 million to keep
