See More... The American Idol top 4 took to the stage this week singing songs by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees. David Archuleta got the thumbs up from all three judges on his two songs ‘Stand By Me’ and ‘Love Me Tender’. The judges were split on Syesha Mercado’s songs ‘Proud Mary’ and ‘A Change is Gonna Come’. David Cook struck out with ‘Hungry Like the Wolf’ but came back strong with ‘Baba O’Reilly’. Jason Castro, however, just couldn’t catch a break by being too predictable with ‘I Shot the Sheriff’ and forgot the lyrics to ‘Mr. Tambourine Man’. At this point, that’s a big mistake for the dreadlocked Idol.
