People reports that Spelling is in negotiations with the CW network. Said Spelling, "It was always my dad’s dream and intention to make a new 90210 before he passed, so I know he is proud and he would be even more proud if I were a part of it...I truly hope for the fans' sake that it all works out!" Translation: "Goddammit, if my dad were still alive this gig would be in the bag. But he had to go and kick the bucket and left me, like, $20 so now my options in life are to open a bed & breakfast and/or reprise the one good acting job I ever had in life.
