Chris Brown celebrated his 19th birthday at Rebel in New York City last night. Guests included his girlfriend Rihanna - who stopped by after performing at Madison Square Garden. Plus Teyana Taylor, Lil Mama, Dawn of Danity Kane and Day 26 stopped thru to party.
