Immersed in controversy as of late, the Disney tween queen walked in and out of her trailer with cell phone in-hand as her grandmother wandered about nearby.
As for her recent inability to escape scandalous headlines - the Los Angeles band Lustra is now claiming that “Cyrus’ Rockstar hit is a carbon copy of their Scotty Doesn’t Know tune, which appeared on the soundtrack to 2004 movie Eurotrip.”
Lustra guitarist Nick Cloutman told press: “Although we are very flattered that Ms. Cyrus took this route, we would have preferred some credit.”
Trying to figure out how to handle the situation, Lustra’s spokesman said: “The immediate solution is to minimize leaks, and keep all future recordings in a vault, under extreme security.”
Commenting on the alleged song-stealing, Lustra vocalist Chris Baird joked: “If Hannah Montana wants us now, who is next? The Jonas Brothers? That said, if (Vanity Fair photographer) Annie Liebovitz is interested in photographing us nearly nude we are certainly open to it and we look forward to her call.”
