Posh: I can't concentrate if I'm wearing flats

Fashion victim Posh, 34, won't let herself be photographed in public anywhere if she's not wearing staggeringly high stiletto heels.

She also she starves herself instead of going to the gym because, she says, she just can't concentrate when she's wearing something as sensible as flat-heeled shoes.

The former Spice Girl said in an interview with GMTV today that she'd gladly go to the gym...if she could wear heels.

Says Posh: "I just can't concentrate in flats, I could go to the gym if I wore flats, I'd love to go to the gym, but I just can't get my head around the footwear."
