R&B star R Kelly claims he was not the man in a video where he is having sex with a underage girl. The American legend, 41, says the mole on his back proves he is innocent - because the man, who is meant to be Kelly, said the man didn't have a mole.

The malicious tape, with the girl being as young as 13, is dated back from 1998 to 2000. His lawyer, Sam Adam said the girl was a prostitute and not a alleged victim. The tape was described as 'disgusting, disturbing and vile'. The 'victim', who is not in her 20's will NOT testify and claims it not her in the crude footage.

If R Kelly is convicted, he can face a long jail-term of 15 years.

maybe maybe not sometimes people are set up in ways to distroy that person feature lets not be too quick to point because you dont like him just pray for him too many people are willing to do anything to distroy others.

Every hood had that tape and you have the same people saying yes it's him and no it's not him. I don't know what's going to happen but the "victim" says it's not her, so now they are gonna pull out all the stops, now there going back to his pass record, with Aaliyah and all but he didn't marry aaliyah without her parents consent. He won't be the first to like the young ladies. Good look Kells, you're gonna need it.
