It's been days, nearly weeks, since we've seen talentless socialite Paris Hilton and Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos fawning all over each other. And now Faded Youth can exclusively report on just exactly what has kept these two PDA enthusiasts apart for so long. His name is Josh Henderson (a.k.a. Ashlee Simpson's ex beau, a.k.a. Edie Brit's sexy nephew from the wrong side of the tracks on 'Desperate Housewives.')

The 25-year-old Texan-born actor was spotted proudly leaving an LA nightclub with Paris over the weekend. Inside, sources tell Faded Youth, the couple did not hesistate to engage in some heavy lip-on-lip action amid hundreds of onlookers and gawkers alike. (Paris? An exhibitionist? Ya' don't say!)

If Josh is anything like the beer-drinking, drug-smoking, womanizing character he plays on TV, then we're he and Paris will make a perfectly appropriate couple. Good luck, you two!
