Kristin Davis looked stunning while at a celebration of the re-launch of Health Magazine at the Park Cafe in NY. She was in NY to attend the premiere of Sex and The City earlier this week and gave her opinion on why just about everyone on the planet has connected with the series.
“It’s a really weird and unique situation where you get to be a part of something where not only are you happy creatively, but the world responds. So it’s been more than any of us could have ever dreamed up in our wildest, wildest fantasies,” she said.
Why does she think the series connected?
“Mostly,” Davis said, “because we got to play strong women who never pretended to be younger. We were never told to lose weight. That there hadn’t really been our type of show before, that we could just all talk about our ages, talk about those issues, and not have to try to hide them. It just built my confidence up a lot as an actress, as a woman and as a person.”
