Monday's Challenge: Who's That Star
"Lindsay just feels safe with her," Lindsay's pal, socialite Cory Kennedy says. "I just feel like they have a very loyal and trustworthy relationship, which is really hard to come across in the world that Lindsay's in. It's a trust thing."
The couple have been seen everywhere together lately, from embracing on Diddy's yacht in Cannes, to having family time New York City with Sam's mom, Ann Dexter-Jones and Lindsay's little sis Ali.
On Wednesday, Lindsay was at the G-Star party in Beverly Hills in support of Samantha, who was spinning. And she accompanied the DJ to her next gig at the N.E.R.D. concert pre-party. They sat close together after Pharrell Williams's set and left together around midnight.
DJ Steve Aoki, a friend to the pair, explains the dynamic.
"[Samantha] truly is a friend to her," he explained. "She's a very positive influence .... [Lindsay] sees that and sees a genuine, good friendship."
"I think the most important thing in a relationship is, really, trust," agreed Cory Kennedy. "I feel like that's what their relationship thrives on. I love the fact that they're both really happy."
