R Kelly Not Guilty

See More... After spending less than a day deliberating, a jury in Chicago acquitted R. Kelly of all 14 counts of child pornography.

R. Kelly denied it was him in the video. His attorneys used “The Little Man” defense. They contend that the sex tape was digitally altered to make it look like R. Kelly was in it. The victim also denied it was her in the video.

The not guilty verdict brings ended six years after R. Kelly was charged with videotaping himself having sex with an under aged girl, who prosecutors alleged was 13 at the time.
