Parents-to-be Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were out and about Thursday as they headed to the Santa Monica Pier, where Pete and his band Fall Out Boy performed a free concert! Hollywood.tv was on the scene for all the action.

• first of all how does she keep changing her hair color when your not supposed to dye your hair while pregnant? Harmful to the baby. Guess she doesn't care. Jessica ruined the Cowboys and Ashlee's ruined Fall Out Boy.
