Hilary Duff at the 7th Annual Tribeca Film Festival at the premiere of her new film “War Inc.” in NYC. What is going on with Duff over the last 12 months or so. This one has transformed into something extraordinary! It sounds like an ad, it’s not.. Hilary looks great. She’s looking hotter and hotter each day!  War Inc. premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival this week but won’t be in theaters till the end of May.
