While Ashlee Simpson’s wedding plans will suck remain shrouded in secrecy, big sister Jessica Simpson revealed one tiny detail:

Joe Simpson will make peeps pay for drinks at a cash bar.

Just kidding. The real detail: She’s the maid of honor!

“Of course,” the 27-year-old said in response to questions of whether she will be standing next to Ashlee on her big day.

Ashlee Simpson and fiancé Pete Wentz have kept quiet on their wedding plans - as well as Ashlee’s rumored certain pregnancy.

But she can’t help try to play it coy and milk every last second of publicity out of this but be thrilled about her engagement.

We’re totally not gonna go, though. Can you imagine the painful speeches? Or if any of them try to sing? Or the guest list? Sorry, Ash, but a quiet Saturday night at home beats having Ken Paves talk your ear off.
