Looks like Mischa Barton is taking our advice to only appear in public if she has a movie to premiere. Even though we can't say Mischa is an ingenue, she should win the award in that category. Ever since the costume ball at the met a week ago in New York, Mischa has been making great fashion choices, but we just hope she keeps it up.
