New Couple Alert: Stephanie Pratt & Brett Novek

Things between siblings Stephanie and Spencer Pratt (her older brother and star of The Hills) may be strained, her love life is doing great.

Stephanie Pratt and Brett Novek, a model who placed fourth - fourth! - on VH1’s America’s Most Smartest Model, are reportedly dating!

“He’s really sweet and cute,” Stephanie Pratt told In Touch Weekly about the Novek - a.k.a. the mystery guy seen whispering in her ear (OMG) at the Target Converse One Star party in L.A. last Sunday, June 1.

Don’t you think Stephanie Pratt and Brett Novek make a hot couple?

The personal motto of Brett Novek, according to his MySpace page, is “You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take.”
