It's not photoshopped I promise. It is just a strange moment caught in time by the TMZ photographer...I think they were leaning in to talk to each other and turned their heads too quickly at the same time, and viola, someone got a shot of them LOOKING like they were kissing! I doubt very much they actually were, but it's still an interesting photo!
