it was definitaly her fathers responsibility, as someone in the business, but more so, as a responsible parent. I think Disney ~ should somehow hold her & her agent (most likely her father) responsible i.e. put her on ICE for 6mos to a year.

I think she is 15 years old and had her parents there with her and they should have prevented these pictures from being taken. You can't take good morals to the bank but they are worth having- especially these days.

These photos are not her parent's fault or disney's fault. Miley's parents left before Vanity Fair took this picture. Her grandmother and teacher were supervising her. The photographer said the picture was "artsy" so they let Miley do it. Her dad even said he WOULD NOT!!! let her take this picture had he been there

She is a very young adult playing in an adult world, and the adults should have made sure this didn't happen. Vanity Fair shouldn't have even attempted to photgraphy a child where it is suggested that she is nude....that is pornography. Her father is also responsble for his child or at the very least hiring someone to be with her at all times. So they are both responsible!

I think it is very sad that Miley took these photos. In the public eye there are already too many Brittany's, Lindsey's, Paris' and I thought that Miley was one role model that kids could look up to. Now I am not so sure that I want my daughter to look up to her.
