According to Fandango survey only 6 percent said they were going with a man, so this is definitely a lady's night out type of movie. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how the battle of the movie audiences shapes up, as the guy movie Indiana Jones which took in an estimated $311 million worldwide revenue this past weekend goes up against Sex and The City which will open in movie theatres on Friday May 30, with many theatres offering Thursday niter, midnight showings. Taylor Swift Wet Notes Female vocalist Taylor Swift gets wet at the ACM awards. What started out as a nondescript girl in a hoodie and jeans, turned into an actual downpour as Taylor Swift performs her song Should've Said No, the fifth and final single from Swift's debut album, in a real downpour. She started out her song in a hoodie and jeans, until the point in her song were she throws away the guitar as two male dancers pulled the hoodie and jeans from her body to reveal a very sexy short black halter dress, as the audience stood up and applauded. As Taylor Swift walked into the center of the stage, a real downpour greeted her. Unlike Rihanna, she had no umbrella to protector her from the rain and was thoroughly drenched by the torrent of rainwater at the end of her performance. Sexy Fashions and "The Hat" at Sex and The City Premiere

Cynthia Nixon ultra sexy plunging midnight blue dress Well, Carrie Bradshaw played by Sarah Jessica Parker is finally getting married; well at least in the movie version of Sex and The City. But, unlike other brides, size doesn't matter to Carrie Bradshaw. She cares less about the size of the diamond ring but more about the size of her new apartment closets. Well, for a cast of characters who are very fashion conscious, I guest that closet size really does matter, more than anything else - especially in New York City. It's kind of ironic that Sex and The City, which was filmed in New York City, would have its world premiere in London, and then onto Berlin. Even though Sarah Jessica Parker plays it up as a series of small premieres leading up to the grand New York City premiere, still - the plot that was a closely guarded secret is now out of the bag. The four main characters really love fashion and those 4 inch plus high heel stiletto shoes, which are featured in the movie and on the red carpet just goes to prove it. Actually, the movie itself was somewhat overshadowed by Sarah Jessica Parker green hat - The Hat, which topped off her beautiful green chiffon gown by Alexander McQueen. The hat, created by Philip Traeady, included a large lime colored rose, green butterflies and acorns. The hat was hailed in the UK media as a bold fashion statement, but from the reactions of American in the street on early morning news programs, most considered the hat to be ridiculous or odd, to say the least. Among the other members of the cast Kim Cattrall who plays Samantha Jones wore a red Vivienne Westwood gown. Kristin Davis who plays Charlotte also wore a red chiffon dress. The cast attended an after party following the world premiere of Sex and The City at Old Billingsgate in London. So far, the overnight London reviews for the movie has been mixed. Cher - Has Turned Back Time

Cher Glitters in Sexy Gold Bob Mackie Costume Descending from the rafters in a sparkling, spherical orb, wearing gold and white feathered costume with a huge feathered headdress while singing U2's I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, Cher took center stage opening her new show at the Colosseum at Cesears Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her headdress also had gold feathers, and a little snake in the front, as she segued seamlessly into Song for the Lonely. We are also treated to a dramatic moment were a video of a stormy night plays while two aerialists perform rope dance movements on either side of the giant screen. Suddenly, we hear the cords to Love is a Battlefield, as a group of dancers do all sorts of contortionist movements; Cher comes on stage singing the song. Cher is garbed in a dark brown leather costume with knee high boots with a ram like horn headdress. The other dancers also are dressed like animals. We are also treaded to a flashback to the 60s as the screen plays clips from Sonny and Cher. As the song The Beat Goes On begins to play, Cher emerges in a red sparkly minidress with red boots, and a white and black shawl/stole that Cher used to wear, as the background dancers performed go go dance routines. Cher in another sparkling outfit and set Next up, Cher wore a purple and pinkish gypsy outfit, flowery and layered, with a matching purple and pink draping as Cher emerges from a covered wagon singing Gypsies Tramps and Thieves. These are but a few of the shows highlights. Of course, we get to see all those sexy, hot costumes designed for Cher by famous designer Bob Mackie and Cher collection of glitter and long curley wigs. Also features in the show are Cher more recent hits, such as, If I Could Turn Back Time and the closing number Believe. Cher has made a triumphant return to the stage and has taken command of the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Still radiant and beautiful and looking like someone half her age, the 62-year-old Cher can still wow an audience. Do you know what it's like to kneel down when you're 62?, Cher joked after someone threw a sailor hat onstage -- a reference to her video, in which she entertained sailors on a battle ship wearing a tight thong and jacket.
