Erik Estrada, best known for his role as Officer "Ponch" Poncherello on CHiPS, received a star today on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which apparently warrants a field trip for his daughter Francesca's 1st grade class.  I would have loved to see the permission slip for that field...
