Bad news for fans of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Star Ashley Tisdale has chosen to exit the Disney Channel series, as celebrity gossip tabloid OK! reports she's grown tired of playing the role of Maddie Fitzpatrick. A representative confirmed that production on the show has come to a halt; other stars from the program are on board a spin-off of the show, The Suite Life on Deck, but the High School Musical 3 actress won't be a cast member. Will you miss Ashley Tisdale on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody? Will you still watch the show without her?

A single father from Washington State broadcasts his relationship status to the country only to be swamped with letters from adoring female fans. Sleepless in Seattle, it's not. But Jason Mesnick, a.k.a. the nice guy DeAnna Pappas shot down in favor of Jesse Csincsak on The Bachelorette season finale, may be an even bigger hit with ladies than the Tom Hanks flick. The 32-year-old single father (his son Ty is 3) has set up a new email account for any fans wishing to contact him. “I’ve gotten thousands of comments from fans,” Jason Mesnick said. “The generosity and the kindness is unbelievable. Every one is so sweet and nice. All the comments are pure love.” After DeAnna Pappas told him in the finale that her “heart is somewhere else,” Jason Mesnick fans overloaded his MySpace account with comments and bombarded ABC with email. Producers finally set up a separate e-mail account just for him. Fans can contact him directly at fanofjason@gmail.com. “This really was set up as a way to accommodate his fans who wanted to reach out to him, not as a way of finding a match for him,” an ABC rep says. Jason Mesnick checks the address once a day and tries to respond to every fan — even if it is just with a simple thank you. “Every email starts the same. ‘I’ve never done this before and I’m not a stalker,’” he says. “I’ve even gotten a Sleepless in Seattle letter.” Even if he doesn’t find love online - or become the next star of The Bachelor - Mesnick is feeling pretty good from the responses. “I don’t care who you are in the world, Tiger Woods or Michael Jordan, you have some sort of doubts about yourself,” he says. “To know that people like me and accept me for who I am feels so good.”

Dixie Chicks singer Martie Maguire is a new mother. Her and husband Gareth Maguire welcomed a baby girl into the world on Friday. Harper Rosie, who weighed 7 lb., 10 oz. and was 20.5 inches long, is the third child for the singer her husband. They're also parents to twin girls, Eva Ruth and Kathleen Emilie, born in 2004.

Marissa Jaret Winokur is a Mother!

Marissa Jaret Winokur - formerly of Dancing with the Stars and Broadway - and husband Judah Miller, are the parents of their first child, son Zev Isaac Miller. Winokur and Miller helped deliver the baby on Tuesday. The child was carried to term by a surrogate mother. "He is so perfect," Winokur said. "My little miracle baby is here, and I can't believe it." Zev (which means "wolf" in Hebrewn naturally) weighed 8 lbs., 7 oz. and measured 21 inches long.

Despite a lack of proof - outside the fact that Kim was spotted wearing a shirt from Travis Barker's Famous Stars and Straps fashion line - Moakler is convinced that Kardashian slept with her ex-husband. As part of her denial, the large-breasted reality TV star said Barker isn't dark enough for her, as Kim's past of dating Nick Cannon, Ray J and now Reggie Bush does prove she has a certain type. Moakler didn't accept this as an excuse, however. Are you on Team Shanna or Team Kim? "Come on Kim, let the truth be told! You have dated numerous white guys. Your quote saying that you are not into white guys is a sham -- not a SHIM [a she and a him] like you," Shanna said to The Dirty. We knew how hard they parlayed their ... well, themselves into lots of cash, but apparently Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt can a $12 million beach house. A video of The Hills couple we love to hate going house hunting yesterday was thought to be nothing more than another shamless, staged publicity stunt. They looked at two homes: the aforementioned $12 million beach house (also for rent, $90,000/month) and another with an asking price of $15 million. Kidding themselves? Hardly. It turns out Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag can easily make such a purchase, meaning the apocalypse cannot be far off. Spencer Pratt pimps his ho so well ... eight figures' worth, apparently. Their realtor, Sandro Dazzan, says they are "serious buyers," and while he does not think they'll pull the trigger right away, he confirmed that they can afford the $12 million house right now, but may hold out for a bigger one. Well, that settles that. And almost shames the paltry $2.2 million Hollywood villa purchased by Lauren Conrad.

For years, celebrity gossip tabloids have been writing about the awful, selfish behavior of Heather Mills. These reports have never been denied, as the Satantic nature of Paul McCartney's ex-wife are evident to all. Still, it's nice to see such claims backed up by someone whose job it had been to protect Mills' image. Michele Elyzabeth worked as a publicist for Heather's charity campaigner’s publicist. She has quit after four years and issued the following statement to Extra detailing why: After working for Heather Mills for the past four years, I have decided to cease representing her. Since her divorce has become final, in my opinion, Heather has become an impossible person. Yesterday, we engaged in a heated argument during which she called me ’stupid.’ I reminded her that she was not ‘God’ and she answered, ‘I will never ever talk to you again’. I have been very patient in my dealings with Heather, however, I cannot take any more. I have given her substantial unpaid time and attention. I am owed money. I refuse to be subjected to her outbursts. On reflection and given the way I have been treated, I now have sympathy with much of what the British Press has reported about her. Game. Set. Match, Elyzabeth!

But celebrity gossip followers are abuzz with this wedding news: Diddy is set to marry Cassie Ventura! "He told everyone to keep it extremely quiet because he didn't want it to get out, but you could tell he was excited," a source told Star. "Diddy said they hadn't set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear the news first." The hip-hop mogul met the 21-year old Cassie when he signed her up to his label, Bad Boy Records, in 2006. About a year ago, Diddy ended his 10-year relationship with Kim Porter, the mother of his twins.
