Whether this girl is anorexic or not, she still looks like a starvation victim to me. Her thighs are probably the size of my arm, and I have a healthy BMI

I know a lot about anorexia, having lived at an eating disorders centre in my teens while I battled anorexia. Anorexia is DEFINED as being very controlling of what you eat.
