Vanity Fair shouldn't have even attempted to photgraphy a child where it is suggested that she is nude....that is pornography. Her father is also responsble for his child or at the very least hiring someone to be with her at all times. So they are both responsible!

You can't "Misinterpret" something illegal, she sounds like one of the guys that gets caught by Chris Hanson on Dateline! Seriously shes a minor in a picture that suggests nudity, as well as other adult content therefore it's child pornography. And even if her parents okay'd doesn't make it any less illegal. Everyone involved including people who keep posting this picture could be charged with posession of child porn and VF/Anne Lebovitz are the producers of child porn! SHAME SHAME!

Her parents being present at the photo shoot makes it worse...it makes them, Annie Lebovitz and Vanity Fair guilty of producting child pornography. At 15 she is a minor and even if these pictures are "tasteful" they are also "suggestive". People with clean and normal minds won't see sex or anything inappropriate but people who are sick will and since it's being passed off as legal art the pedophiles will have an easy time getting there hands on it!
