The Los Angeles City Attorney filed motion demanding the judge to force Partis to serve her entire 23 day sentence. When Paris was originally sentenced last month, the judge expressly stated "no electronic monitoring" Should be allowed: Paris was realesed today with an electronic ankle bracelet.

The career ruining shots were taken as Lindsay Lohan and two friends crammed into a club toilet during a wild night on the town reports newsoftheworld.co.uk. A friend of the 21-year-old actress says she is spiraling out of control since rehab and revealed that Lohan: snorted 20 lines of cocaine in one night alone stripped down to a thong before inhaling the drug off a coffee table "Lindsay does not care who sees her do coke and where she does it." The video shows her arriving at 11pm and walking round the toilets before creeping inside a cubicle. Inside the toilet with two friends, Lohan pulls a small bag of white powder from her jeans pocket. She dips her finger in and shoves the substance up one friend's nose before snorting some up her own. And this was filmed just 20 days after she proudly emerged from therapy. According to Page Six, Lohan entered after she passed out in the hallway of the Beverly Wilshire following Prince's Golden Globes after party there. A spy for Us Weekly confirmed that Lindsay "was totally out of it" at the party. Lindsay, booked herself into the Wonderland treatment center in Los Angeles earlier this year saying she wanted to get off booze. At the time Lindsay made a statement to the press that read, "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time." Her mother responded with her own statement: "I'm so proud of her. She's really in a good place right now, spiritually and mentally. She's in an amazing, phenomenal place. She's 20 and she's solid, and she's doing what she needs to do. I don't know that many people who are that secure. It's all about her, and getting back on track. She's fine - she's amazingly fine." Lohan checked out after a month and was back doing drugs at a Hollywood party within a week. Her friend said: "That night I saw her do more than 20 big lines of cocaine. She was still up doing drugs at 11am even though she had started about 8pm the night before. "She wasn't even trying to hide it and was blatantly doing it off table tops, keys, books and in the wardrobe, where she was hunched over with her legs crossed almost bent in half doing it off some magazine on the floor. "I remember looking at her and thinking how pathetic she looked and how out of control she had become. "When she is on coke, which is most of the time, all the attention has to be on her. "I have lost count of the number of times I have watched as she stripped naked in front of everyone. "Then she loves to check herself out in the mirror as she parades around with her boobs hanging out. "One night we had gone back to her place and, as always, as soon as she walked through the door she stripped down to her thong, bent down and snorted cocaine off her coffee table and then off her toilet seat." "Going to rehab was all for publicity. She wanted people to see her seeking help but it hasn't got her off the drugs at all. "In an average night Lindsay will do two and half grams of coke on her own. "She doesn't buy it—she is given it by friends and acquaintances, and it turns her into an angry monster. I have watched many a time Lindsay treating her staff like cr*p." Her friend is convinced that if she does not tame her wild ways she could meet a tragic end. Lately Britney seems like a sad sack who can’t keep a man. At first everyone was championing Britney for surprising freeloading K-Fed with divorce papers on election day. After Britney showed us all her c-section scar and was seen out partying for months at a time with questionable company, K-Fed’s character seemed spotless in comparison. Throw in a Superbowl commercial in which the best minds in marketing manage to make him look humble and like a good rapper, and he’s definitely ahead in the battle for public opinion and perhaps child custody. People say model Isaac Cohen left Britney after a few weeks due to drama and pressure too early in the relationship. Isaac gave an interview to British tabloid News of the World in which he describes Britney as an insecure person who loves sex and cannot stand to face the reality of her life. He said she was miserable and asked him over and over if she was fat. He also said she has her wedding dress framed and hanging on a wall in her bedroom at home and is not moving on with her life after K-Fed. In last week’s National Enquirer they reported that Britney had a meeting with K-Fed at her place and told him she’d give him a huge chunk of cash in exchange for getting back with her. They say she’s miserable without him and begged him to take her growing ass back. (I wanted to report it earlier, but was scrambling to get ready for my trip.) “Britney begged Kevin to come back to her,” a source told The Enquirer. “She told him, ‘I love you, I want you back, I’m so sorry.’ She’s offered him money, includind signing over all the proceeds from the sale of their $13.5 million Malibu mansion, plus unlimited access to her fortune, if he’ll be her man again. [From The National Enquirer print edition, February 12, 2007] They also claim the Britney said she’d stop partying and get outpatient treatment for her drinking problem if Kevin would go to counselling with her. She wants him to move back in with her, and says she’ll let his kids with Shar come over more often and will help finance his mother’s retirement. K-Fed was said to be considering her offer, and his supposed buddy told the Enquirer “‘Kevin believes Britney will give him $10 million up front just to reconcile. He might get more in a divorce, but he feels that by staying married to Britney, he’ll keep his boys close.’” If these two do get back together, Britney is said to be planning an interview to announce that they’re giving their doomed marriage another try for the tabloids’ sake. Now The Enquirer is saying that Britney had sympathy sex with K-Fed in early December after they were already broken up, and that of course they didn’t use protection. She supposedly told him she thought she was pregnant yet again, but that it turned out just to be a scare or a revenge tactic. She wasn’t really pregnant, and K-Fed told her it probably wasn’t his, anyway: “Britney told Kevin she might be with child number 3, Kevin just said ‘So, if you’re pregnant, it’s not mine!’” revealed a source. The fighting Federlines had reunited for one night and had sex just after her December 2 birthday, said the source… But soon after that torrid evening, it became clear to Britney that Kevin was interested only in the kids, divulged the source. Feeling spurned, she stopped taking his calls. Kevin never saw the boys for the Christmas holidays despite leaving numerous messages for Britney. The two didn’t talk again until after New Year’s… No longer able to hold time with the kids over Kevin’s head, the insider believes that she pinned her hopes on the pregnancy scare to lure him back. Instead, it had the opposite effect… Kevin believes Britney didn’t use birth control when sleeping with other men, either. And because he believes she’s had so much sex without protection, he told her he’ll never sleep with her again, according to the source. I’m not sure I buy the Enquirer’s stories about Britney, because their sources seem to be K-Fed’s buddies or PR team that works for pot or whomever. It could be true that Britney told him she thought she was pregnant, but it’s just as likely that they’re trying to smear her. Assuming all this garbage is true, it looks like K-Fed was considering getting back with Britney and that his love of bling and custom cars might have been the achilles heel she tried to exploit by dangling a bunch of cash in front of him. She ruined her chances, though, by telling him she could be pregnant after they’d only had sex once. It’s also possible that these stories conflict and that one person is saying she tried to get him back by pretending to be pregnant and another is saying she used her fortune to lure him. Either way, she’s still a sad sap.

There are stories that suggest that Britney is hemorhagging money as well as piblic goodwill with her latest antics. She's selling the mansion in Beverly Hills she bought just 2 months ago, with th eexcuse that her son is more at home in Malibu estate. She only lived there for a month before she left. While it's possible she can't afford it, I would bet she just wasn't comfortable with the neighborhood.

Green Day to release punkified Simpsons theme

The gammy award winning video trio have recorded a punkified version of hit composer Danny Elfman's theme for one of the albums from the upcoming The simosons Movie. The film is set to hit thaters July 27, but music from the film will arrive early on July 24. The Green Day theme will be released as a single and will be included on the film's official musical score album. A seperate soundtrack album - including 25,000 copies of a limited edition, will alsohit stories. Produces previously announced that Green Day mambers Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Drint and Tre' Cool make cameos in the long- awaited movie. The rockers will reportedly be heckled by tavern owner Moe and chased by the townspeople of Springsfield.

A Kansas City Women Wants To Serve Jail Time For Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton has a friend in Kansas City. For some reason, a women named Mary McClenden is offering to serve Paris' sentence for her. Apparently, Mary thinks Paris should not have to spent a month in jail, and is willing to help her out. I cannot imagine a court would even enterain such a proposal, but it will get Mary's name in the press, which I am sure is her angle . In other news, officials at the jail where Hilton will serve time have now selected her cellmate. the woman is doing time for the reckless driving, and who they believe will not try to cash in on Hilton's story.Someone has to sneak a few pics of Paris waiting in line for her meals, or walking in the excercis yard. I need a new screensaver!
