About Me

Hey, My name is Debbie T. Born and bred in L. A., CA, now living in the Wild, Wild West's "Sin City" Las Vegas, NV (the jewel in the desert) since 1993. I have a beautiful 11-year old daughter, I'm of Spanish, Mexican American and Puerto Rican descent, and full blooded American (Sorry, no habla Espanol!). One of my plates say L.A.WOMAN after THE DOORS song, cause I'm from L. A., and because Las Vegas is an international kind of town. Most everyone that lives here, is from somewhere else! Most of the people that live here are from L. A., Chicago, New York and from everywhere else you can think of! Vince Neil from MOTLEY CRUE lives here as well!The ONLY thing I miss about L. A. is the Pacific Ocean. I love the beach and the ocean. Back in my late teens, I used to hang out at the Starwood in Hollywood almost every weekend. I once got Nikki Six (back when he was in a band called LONDON) into the Starwood for free. I used to see a band called QUIET RIOT all the time. Randy Rhodes was such a hot guitarist!! I still have pictures of QUIET RIOT performing with Randy Rhodes (R.I.P. Randy Rhodes and Kevin Dubrow!). Kevin Dubrow, the lead singer of QUIET RIOT, used to live here in Las Vegas as well, and passed away here in Las Vegas on a drug overdose about a year and a half ago. John Entwistle of THE WHO (Another one of my bass playing idols!!) passed away at the Hard Rock Hotel here in Las Vegas of a drug overdose as well (R.I.P. John Entwistle!). I used to play bass guitar for 15-years until I had my daughter, and I have not picked up the bass again since. My main mentor in learning to play bass is Dee Dee Ramone, as I'm a huge RAMONES fan. I got as good as Dee Dee on bass! I've seen them tons of times. My friend Moon used to go on their U.S. tours with them and sell their t-shirts at all their shows, so everytime they came to L. A. I got to see them for free. I had the opportunity to meet Dee Dee Ramone and shake his hand. I also had the opportunity to Roadie for The Ramones one time at "The Palace" in Hollywood, and was able to hold Dee Dee's bass on stage before sound check. It was a lot of work hauling all of their equipment in and out of that place! I remember it vividly! Arturo Vega is a character of a different sort! Joey Ramone wanted me to hang out with him in his room at the Hollywood Holiday Inn one night back in '84, but I didn't (NO, I'M NOT A GROUPIE WHORE!! I know exactly what he wanted). Now that most of them have entered into eternity (passed away), these are very fond memories for me. Back in the early 80's I used to hang out with bands such as BLACK FLAG, THE MINUTEMENT, THE DESCENDENTS & REDD KROSS along with plenty of other local South Bay (Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, San Pedro, etc.) punk bands. I've been at parties with Henry Rollins and BLACK FLAG playing in someone's living room in the "Who the hell is Henry Rollins?" days. We all used to go to each others parties and gigs practically every weekend. We considered ourselves as the "South Bay Contingent" (a bunch of mental cases). I'm into bands from The SEX PISTOLS, The BUZZCOCKS (Steve Diggle is sooo sexy! Check him out at www.myspace.com/stevediggle...I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOUR KISS, STEVE! THE SONG "THE CRYSTAL SHIP" BY THE DOORS IS FROM ME TO YOU! ALWAYS WISHED IT WAS MEANT TO BE!! LOVE YA, BABE!), IGGY POP AND MOTORHEAD to The RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, METALLICA and OZZY. I've been to so many gigs and concerts in my day, that I've become very JADED when it comes to them. To look at me today, you wouldn't think that I would've been into these things at all. Now I am very much into Christian Spiritualism, and the Paranormal, as I've had my own experiences. I like watching "Scariest places on Earth", "Ghost Hunters", "Psychic Children", "Ghostly Encounters" and "Most Haunted" every week, as I want to better understand the unknown and things that go bump in the night. I am a big fan of the "Ultimate Fighting Championship" (UFC) and "World Extreme Cagefighting" (WEC). I'm a rebel at heart, and I don't care what people think about me!! Some people say that I'm a little rough around the edges, I'm just a f*ckin' kid from L. A.!! PEACE, JESUS LOVES YOU!

• Hey scorpio! wow, you were touched by a ghost? How did u know? My brother says he was touched at a girlfriend's house and he felt "something" sit on the bed too. Also, when he told his g-friend she said, "Oh yeah, that's the ghost that lives here. She talks to me in my dreams sometimes." Crazy, no!? I love ghost stories!
