Tobey Maguire Fights With Paparazzi

July 9th, 2008. West Hollywood, CA. Upon exiting Madeo's Restaurant with his wife, Tobey Maguire was being surrounded and blocked by a swarm of 20 paparazzi who with all the lights and flashes, were keeping him from being able to drive out of the establishment. Once he can't take it any longer, he rolls down his window and asks them to move away. Once he realizes the paparazzi just keep shooting, he goes ballistic and slams his door open into several paparazzi, which is followed by him calling them "motherf*ckers". He then drives away.

The paparazzi is at fault and deserve whatever they get. After Princess Di you'd think they'd back off. We need some laws to protect stars. Like everything these days they are abusing the freedoms they have been given and have crossed a line.
