This is Ann Dexter-Jones, the New York City socialite who is probably now better known just for being the mother of Samantha Ronson, who is Lindsay Lohan's current girlfriend (you can sort of call this lady Lindsay's mother-in-law). She's wasted while leaving a party at the Bowery Hotel, asks the police for a ride home, poses on the front of their car, and again with a homeless man, then find out that Lindsay Lohan just hit a paparazzi a few minutes earlier, responding sarcastically and humorously.
