As a vet, I think it's AWESOME she has a genuine interest in talking with troops and sharing their jobs with them - whether it's taking firearms to the range, riding in Humvee's, whatever. To anyone offended by her handling a weapon - what do you think our military uses in war...swords and hatchets? We use firearms! If you don't like it, leave my country now - we're tired of your type.

I thought it was GREAT! A lot better than that lying Hussein Obama who will take away all of our handguns and violate the Second Ammendment! My hat's off to her. She really does support our troops and America. Hussein's wife said she was only proud of the U.S. once! What a First Lady she will make! Go Sarah!!!!!

Somehow, I get the feeling you three are either from Alaska, and ergo getting off to your precious amateur politician, or just typical ignorant Americans. Taking a firearm to a range is nowhere near being on the same level as sharing the 'job' of a troop. I take a golf club to the driving range, so does that let me have an interest in sharing the 'job' of a pro golfer? No. It doesn't.
She's pro-life, against sex before marriage, blah blah blah - Yet her under age daughter is pregnant. With someone not far from the man Palin was in to.
She's PROBABLY McCain's running 'mate' since his own wife is hideous beyond belief. Why not have some eye candy while you stroll down one of the most ridiculous activities the country engages in.
While I cannot say decent things about Obama either, since his no-gun idea won't solve anything, Palin is definitely not the right choice. We will end up with yet another Bush-level set of people 'running' the country. -
GREAT! Much better this than a crazed Jihadist trying to kill somebody with one. Hey, America! How about a President and a Vice President willing to do what is necessary to protect some of our freedoms guaranteed to us in the Constitution instead of legislating them away from us to make us all "equal", (ie; just like them...afraid of guns and the people that own them)?

So big deal Sarah the booty queen can handle a gun. Any woman with hunters in the family can do that. Am I impressed? No. Does this make her vice-presidential material. No. How about we put her and "shoot 'em in the face Cheny in a match off and see who's the better shot! Our troops are awesome, She's a light weight and not too bright.
