Has Billy Ray Cyrus gone nuts? Is he going down hill so bad, that he has to take his young daughter down with him? I thought he had more morals than that, to allow such photos of a young girl to be published.. We have so many problems out there with preditors, why be the parent who helps these people get off on his daughter..Mr. Cyrus you are the one who should be apologizing to everyone and especially to your daughter..This is coming from a grandmother, who really did look up to her and thought she would make a difference to the young people..This may sould hard, but my grandchildren will not be watching her on Disney any longer..
